We were touring with our motorhome and e-bikes and had a problem with a Cube not functioning at all. The initial advice over phone was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. His face-to-face service was even better. Although they could not fix the problem even though they tried every which way, including contacting Bosch, they charged a more than reasonable price and certainly less than we were expecting.
