Contact HR to find out which scheme your employer uses and complete the provider application.
Get your voucher
Your Cycle to Work provider or HR team will guide you through receiving your voucher code.
Redeem your voucher
Redeem in store, or email the signed voucher with your order details and we will arrange collection or delivery.

Everybody who earns their salary via PAYE is eligible for the Cycle to Work scheme.
There is no restricted expenditure on the government programme, although your employer may impose a limit.
The scheme runs through PAYE, so you qualify only if you pay yourself a salary via PAYE through a limited company.
We accept vouchers from all major providers, including Cyclescheme, Bike2Work Scheme, Halfords Cycle2Work, Perkbox/Vivup, Cycle Solutions and Green Commute Initiative.
GPS trackers and navigation devices, action cameras, car bike racks, turbo trainers and rollers, and kids’ bikes are excluded. Most frames and components qualify — check with your provider before starting your quote.
The maximum spend is the amount on your Cycle to Work voucher. Anything extra can be bought as a separate order.
Yes — if you would prefer your order shipped, get in touch by phone or email. Delivery is charged separately, outside the scheme.
