As a one legged cyclist (actually two but one is metal!), the bike set-up is really important to maximize the return on my energy expenditure. This week, County Cycles changed my triple to a 48/38/28 configuration and changed the cranks from 170mm to 160mm to suit my leg length. With the addition of ergonomic bars and a better position on the drops, I today knocked 3 mins off a 7.5m hilly loop – I’m chuffed to bits – cheers everyone!! – Wyn Jenkins
