For over 26 years, County Cycles has been the area’s first choice for ‘quality’ bike sales and servicing
Started by John Antoniazzi in October 1984 in Swansea Road, Llanelli when John found that after cycling from Paris to Llanelli with a group of friends for charity, that there was no-one in the area offering the facility to service and repair bicycles. John’s passion and commitment along with his staff who were all keen cyclists built strong foundations for a successful business.
In June 2006 County Cycles ownership changed to Peter and Sandra Jones – ‘our aim is to keep the history and customer ethics alive in the business and maintain the strong links with suppliers whilst developing and growing to meet the ever changing demands and needs that our customers expect from a first class Bike Shop – from repairing a puncture to a complete Bike build!’

2008 – Wilier dealer of the year

2010 – Ridley Bike test centre
In addition to being a retail outlet and service centre, County Cycles has supported many charities, starting with John’s event which was a cycle ride from Llanwrtyd Wells to Llanelli for Llanelli Hospice
2008 Merlin Charity Bike ride from Gelli Aur Country Park – supporting Air Ambulance and McMillan
2009 Merlin Charity Bike ride from National Botanic Gardens of Wales, for Air Ambulance and McMillan
2010 Merlin Charity Bike ride from National Botanic Gardens of Wales, supporting Air Ambulance, McMillan, Ty Hafan, Brains Trust .
This event has grown each year and is becoming recognised as one of the most popular sportif events in the area.
In addition, we organise the ABC challenge – Air Base Challenge – a planned route from North to South Wales visiting the 3 Air Ambulance bases in Wales in support of their organisation. We pride ourselves on our professional, approachable service and place quality as our prime goal. As a company we guarantee you trust and peace of mind.
